London (dpa) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged
Britain and other Western nations to cooperate more closely with
Israel against the “militant Islam” of both Iran and Islamic State
forces on Thursday as he met his British counterpart David Cameron.

“The Middle East is disintegrating under the twin forces of militant
Islam: The militant Sunnis led by ISIS (Islamic State) and the
militant Shiites led by Iran,” Netanyahu said at the British prime
minister’s London residence before the closed talks began.
