Man arrested after allegedly throwing eggs toward Britain’s King Charles III

A man has been arrested by British police after reportedly throwing eggs in the direction of King Charles III in Luton on Tuesday.

The suspect is in his 20s and he was arrested on suspicion of common assault during a walkabout by the king in St. George's Square, according to the Bedfordshire police.

The king was briefly taken away from the crowd by security personnel but later on continued to shake hands with the public members, according to local reports.
