NNA – The Court of Appeal in Beirut under the chairmanship of Judge Tannous Mashlab ratified the decision to release without bail the arrestee Bahij Abu Hamza who has been detained in a fraud lawsuit filed by MP Walid Jumblatt and Cogeco Company.
Judge Taqi al-Din will pursue the trial of Abou Hamzeh at the session set for June 28, the NNA correspondent said.
