Areiji: Cabinet session meeting bond to solving trash crisis

NNA – Culture Minister, Raymond Areiji, confirmed on Tuesday that holding a cabinet session is directly related to finding a solution to the trash crisis during which discussions would take place to loosen the landfills knot.

Areiji told “Voice of Lebanon” radio station that “the solution of the salary problem was partial and on the Lebanese way.”

The minister said that the mistrust crisis among the political parties lead to more problems; accordingly, the “dialogue sessions aim at keeping the dialogue going on even if in the minimum degree.”

Areiji explained that holding a legislative session “faces the parliamentary election draft proposals due to the presence of many drafts, yet none is adopted.”
