Italian striker Belotti completes his move to AS Roma

Andrea Belotti on Sunday completed his move to AS Roma, the Italian club announced.

Italian striker, who was a Torino FC player until July 1 and he had been without a club since then, signed a contract with the Rome club until June 30, 2023, AS Roma said in a statement.

"Roma's progress and ambition in recent times has been clear for all to see, and both elements have had a big influence on me," Belotti said.

"At this point in my career I want to continue to improve, day after day, and I am delighted to have the opportunity to do so representing this club. I now cannot wait to hear the club anthem at the stadium, in front of all our fans," the 28-year old player added.

Belotti scored 113 goals and made 28 assists in 251 games for Torino FC.

He separately has 12 goals in 44 caps for Italy national football team, where he won EURO 2021.
