Spot market electricity prices for Wednesday, July 14

The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour in Turkey’s day-ahead spot market for Wednesday will be 616.99 Turkish liras at 16.00 local time while the lowest will be 361.66 liras at 07.00 local time, according to official figures on Tuesday.

Turkey’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Tuesday’s electricity market showed an decrease of 0.25% to 330.47 million liras compared to Monday.

The arithmetical and weighted average price of electricity on the day-ahead spot market is calculated as 523.76 liras and 527.66 liras, respectively.

The highest electricity price for one megawatt-hour on the day-ahead spot market on Tuesday was set as 617.00 Turkish liras between 09.00 to 22.00 local times, while the lowest was 352.56 liras at 07.00 local time.
